        What’s In My Photography Bag?

For this post I would like to show you my equipment essentials for a studio shoot.

        CAMERA’S + LENSENS + BATTERIES
Let’s start with the camera’s. I bring my Canon EOS 6D with a battery grip and extra batteries together with three prime lenses: Canon 50mm f/1.4, Sigma 35mm f/1.4 and Canon 100mm f/2.8 L. Besides the big DSLR camera, I always bring my favorite system camera, the Olympus PEN E-PL7 with extra batteries and three prime lenses: Olympus 17mm f/1.8, Olympus 25mm f/1.8, and Olympus 45mm f/1.8. This one I use for the behind the scenes shots. (and for my everyday shots + city trips etc.)

STUDIO LIGHTNING + LIGHT SHAPING TOOLS
For studio work and locations with a power socket I always use my two Profoto D1 500Ws moonlights. As the light shaping tools I own the Profoto Octa 5″ Softbox (150 cm), two Profoto Umbrella White S, two Profoto Light Stands and the Falcon Eyes White Beauty Dish. I’m so happy with these professional studio kit! As an extra tool, I also use the famous Sunbounce Micro Mini Silver.

        LAPTOP + OTHER ACCESSORIES
To sent the pictures to my Macbook Air during the photo shoot, I use the WiFi function in my camera together with a wireless router. This works great to get everyone involved with the results because the team can see the results directly on the screen! Other important accessories are the chargers for the camera’s and laptop, enough Sandisk Extreme Pro SD memory cards and a hard drive to keep the pictures save.
