I Signed A Publishing Contract For My Book!

As you might know, I’m already working on my own book for almost a year right now. My book is made to support the starting fashion photographer with all kind of information, tips and my personal stories about this amazing job. I’ll tell about the equipment, how to work with teams, how to organize your own shoot, how to connect with new clients and about the importance of social media (and so much more). I’m so excited right now, because this week I signed the contract at Publisher Snor (Uitgeverij Snor in Utrecht) because they will publish my book! I love their previous books and their designs are amazing. We are made some big steps in the past few weeks but it was great to sign the papers, because now it’s official. I’ll share more when I’m able to!

To celebrate this, Eric and I where invited by Dormio Resort in Maastricht to spent a day and night in a wellness home with our own jacuzzi and sauna in the garden. Not bad right!? When we arrived we were surprised by a luxury welcome gift like cake and bubbles and we decided to try the jacuzzi right away because the weather was not that bad for November. In the evening we had a walk during sunset at the beautiful resort and we were impressed by the beautiful holiday houses! It looks like a real village and they have different kind of homes, for two persons but also for bigger families and groups. So if you are looking for a luxe holiday resort, I can recommend to have a look at Dormio. After the walk, we went to their restaurant ‘Proeflokaal’ for a good vegetarian dinner. The next day we went by taxi (just a ten minute drive) to the city center of Maastricht and did some shopping during this rainy day. I bought clothes for my upcoming shoot on Monday and we got inspired by some amazing Christmas decoration. Really looking forward to this Holiday season!
