Portugal Campaign Shoot
This month started with a campaign shoot in Lisbon for Nelson Shoes. It always a special moment when a brand invites you to capture their campaign in other country for a few days. We had some great sunny days and it was a pleasure to work with this fun and talented team.
I captured everything with my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV + Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 and EF 70-200mm f/2.8. No prime lenses this time because we had to capture a lot of looks and we were moving to a new location after every shot, so no time to change lenses all the time.
Both the client as the team members wanted to see the results right away on my laptop, so my assistant Kevin was behind my laptop all the time to make sure everything was in focus and everything went well during the shoot. We were shooting with a Tether Tools cable and Capture One to make this work. Everything was created with the use of daylight and sometimes a Profoto reflector to bounce the available sunlight.
After these five long and busy days in Lisbon, I had 3 days at home to finish these campaign images in Photoshop, before I went to Aruba for another two weeks. I’ll share more about this trip in the next post.
The first results are already published by Nelson, see the screenshots in this post!
