Editorial / The Streets of Antwerp
By the end of October my friend Keely and I enjoyed a sunny day in Antwerp. I wanted to capture some portraits of her walking in the streets of this beautiful city. I challenged myself to only work with one lens, but I cheated a bit because it was the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8, a zoom lens. My camera was of course the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV.
I enjoyed to just walk around with a model and see what happens, we didn’t scouted the locations before and Keely did the makeup and styling herself, so it was very easygoing. I think it’s good to keep doing this kind of shoots next to the commercial shoots where everything has to be perfect. The lesson: never stop learning and creating new images for your portfolio!
